Onboarding Prerequisites for Hybrid Service
| ■ | Ensure that Live Platform licenses are allocated to the Service Provider Tenant to monitor devices and voice quality  | 
                                                
| ■ | The Hybrid Service should be enabled for Service provider, Channel and Customer entities. If the service is not enabled, contact your relevant managing entity. | 
| ● | System Administrator can enable service for a Service provider, Channel and Customer. | 
| ● | Service Provider can enable service for a Channel Partner and Customer. | 
| ● | Channel Partner can enable service for Customer. | 
| ■ | Before connecting devices: | 
| ● | Validate that the AudioCodes devices have been loaded with the EMS feature key. If the feature is not enabled, contact AudioCodes to purchase the license. | 
| ● | Ensure that you have defined WebSocket tunnel user and password for Service Provider or Channel partner (see WebSocket Tunnel Users). | 
| ● | Provide Incremental INI file containing WebSocket tunnel configuration to Service Provider or Reseller | 
| ● | Note the following device types that can be connected to Live Platform over Web Socket tunnel: |

| ■ | The following Public IPs needs to be allowed to initiate TCP/HTTPS/443 outbound traffic: Allow listing Imperva IP addresses & Setting IP restriction rules |
